Welcome to Our Church
Greetings in the Name of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
I want to take a moment to personally invite you to come and be a part of what God is doing here at St. Philip Missionary Baptist Church. Whether you’re new to the area, searching for a church home, or simply looking for a place where you can feel loved, supported, and spiritually fed — we welcome you with open arms.
At St. Philip, we’re more than just a congregation — we’re a family. A place where you can grow in faith, find encouragement, and experience the love of Jesus Christ in a real and powerful way. Every Sunday, we gather to worship, to learn, and to lift one another up. And every day in between, we strive to live out our faith in action and love.
No matter who you are or where you come from, there’s a place for you here. Come just as you are. Bring your questions, your hopes, and even your burdens. We believe God meets us right where we are — and so do we.
As the pastor of St. Philip Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. W.R. Ivory, I want you to know that you are always welcome here. I would be honored to meet you in person, shake your hand, and welcome you to our church family.
We hope to see you soon!
Who We Are
St. Philip Missionary Baptist Church became a welcoming house of prayer, where many found salvation through God’s Word. The church’s enduring foundation has been the teaching of Scripture, sustaining its mission to this day.
In 2009, Rev. W. R. Ivory was called to pastor St. Philip Missionary Baptist Church. A longtime church member and associate minister, Pastor Ivory brought his Texas roots and Arkansas origins to his pastoral leadership. He continues to lead the church with a commitment to preaching God’s Word in spirit and truth.
